Stretch and Breathe

A relaxing session, when you’re feeling the strain! This includes two segments:

  1. Without equipment
  2. With a foam roller and / or peanut

The Peanut; a super aid, that is brilliant for getting deep into tight areas. You can buy these online, use a single or taped tennis balls or use something harder like a hockey ball, depending on how tight or brave you are!

  • Knee Hugs
  • Rocks
  • Single Leg Knee Hugs
  • Child’s Pose
  • Arches
  • Back Mobiliser

4-5 Deep breaths per position OR 30-40 second holds.
