No equipment needed.

Adapt this circuit to your own ability or how you feel today! The circuit consists of 6 exercises, alternating between lower body, upper body and abs.

Choose your number of rounds: 2, 3 or 4

Choose your work – rest ratio:

  • 45 seconds work, 15 rest
  • 30 seconds work, 15 rest
  • 30 seconds work, 30 rest
  • 20 seconds work, 20 rest

Circuit Stations:

  • Goblet Squat Bounce
  • Shoulder Taps
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Crab Walk
  • Press-ups (adaptation option)
  • Negative Sit-Ups
