Choose your work – rest ratio:
- 45 seconds work, 15 rest
- 30 seconds work, 15 rest
- 30 seconds work, 30 rest
- 20 seconds work, 20 rest

- Goblet Squat Bounce
- Shoulder Taps
- Flutter Kicks
- Crab Walk
- Press-ups (adaptation option)
- Negative Sit-Ups
