Stay motivated by joining a Swim For a Mile (SFAM) training group and attend weekly coached sessions to prepare you for your event.

The sessions below refer to the 2023 Swim For a Mile Outdoor Pool Challenge. SFAM is currently working with pools to confirm training details, once this is confirmed you will be able to find the training schedules and links to book training below!
